- Fall 2024 – VLSI Circuit Design (ECE 4205/5205)
Instructor: Dr. Paul K. Ampadu
– Guided 50 students in CMOS layout using Cadence Virtuoso and NCSU-FreePDK45S.
– Supported lab sessions, debugging DRC/LVS errors, and running post-layout simulations. Posted some tutorials in this Youtube Channel
– Assisted in designing and grading lab problems, midterm and final exams. - Spring, Fall 2025 – Major Design Experience (MDE) Projects

Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior design teams working on semiconductor research challenges:- More than Moore: Guided TCAD simulations of Negative Capacitance Ge Nanosheet FETs (NC-NSFETs) and assisted in Ge MOSCAP fabrication.
- Ge/GeSn Quantum Lasers: Supervised optical/electronic TCAD modeling and helped characterize Ge/GeSn quantum well structures for mid-IR lasers.

– Built Raspberry Pi cluster for distributed computing.
– Taught the students how to use the Raspberry Pi cluster for data analysis.
