I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech, focusing on semiconductor materials, devices, fabrication, and circuit–device co-design.

🧪 Research Overview

  • Semiconductor Devices & Materials: Epitaxial Ge, CMOS-compatible processes, defect engineering
  • Superconducting Systems: Nb/NbN resonators, Josephson junctions, cryogenic packaging
  • Device–Circuit Co-Design: Modeling fabrication–performance linkage
  • Tools: TCAD Sentaurus, ADS, Virtuoso, Python, AFM, VNA, XRD, PPMS, Ellipsometry etc.
