I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech, focusing on semiconductor materials, devices, fabrication, and circuit–device co-design.
- My work bridges materials and device physics with integrated circuit and photonic applications.
- Before joining Virginia Tech, I completed my M.S. at Auburn University and B.S. at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh.

- Semiconductor Devices & Materials: Epitaxial Ge, CMOS-compatible processes, defect engineering
- Superconducting Systems: Nb/NbN resonators, Josephson junctions, cryogenic packaging
- Device–Circuit Co-Design: Modeling fabrication–performance linkage
- Tools: TCAD Sentaurus, ADS, Virtuoso, Python, AFM, VNA, XRD, PPMS, Ellipsometry etc.
